FAQs

1. My due date falls within the enhanced community quarantine, when will my new due date be?

  • If your due date falls within the enhanced community quarantine, simply add 30-days to that as your new due date.
  • For example, if your due date is March 31, your new due date will be April 30, 2020. No late fees and penalties will be charged for the grace period. No interest will be charged on your current interest.

2. What about my installment payments, will those be extended as well?

  • Yes. If the due date of your next installment payment falls between the declared Enhanced Community Quarantine, simply add 30-days to that as your new due date of your next installment. All your succeeding installment due dates will then be adjusted 30-days as well.
  • For example, if your next installment due date is on April 2, 2020  the new due date of your next installment will be May 2, 2020. Your succeeding installment due dates will be June 2, 2020, July 2, 2020, and so on until your total loan is completed.

Example:

Installment   Original Due Date    New Due Date w/ Bayanihan Act
  April 1, 2020  May 1, 2020
  April 30, 2020   May 30, 2020
  May 30, 2020   June 30, 2020
