How can I apply for a loan?
It’s easy and done entirely online! Just download the Cashalo app, register for an account using your mobile number and complete your profile with correct work information and your nominated bank account.
What are the requirements for loan application?
We need only a few things before you apply for a loan: personal information (government-issued ID and proof of billing), work information (work ID and payslip), and your bank account details.
How will I receive my loan?
Cashalo will deposit your loan directly to your nominated bank account.
My Payment is not yet posted?
The posting of payments may take 1-2 business days before it gets reflected in your account. Please get back to us if your payment's not posted within the said timeframe by filling up the customer feedback form.
I made an overpayment, how can I request for a refund? 
No need to worry, we can assist you upon verification of the overpayment, call or email our hotline the details of send us your concern by filling out the customer feedback form. 
I paid using the wrong reference number? 
We can assist you upon verification of the mispayment, pls submit your details in the customer feedback form. 
Where can I repay my loan?
You can pay directly through any Robinsons Department Stores, ECPAY / 7-Eleven outlets, or via Cashalo App using Robinsons Online Banking or Dragonpay. We’re working extra hard to provide more payment channels, so stay tuned!
How much is the interest rate?
We strive to give you the most competitive rates in the market! Our fixed monthly interest rate is only 4.95%.
